Country Pate

We call this one "The Pig and the Duck" we use 24 hour roasted pork, sautéed duck livers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, fresh herbs, cream and butter and let it set up in a terrine overnight, before portioning. Very decadent and truly a special treat!
