Pork Porterhouse

The porterhouse is a combo of pork loin on one side and pork tenderloin on the other side. The two meats are divided by a T shaped bone from the spine. Some call this cut a T-Bone, but the actual T-bone has a smaller piece of tenderloin on it than the porterhouse. Perfect for grilling or searing!
